By accessing or using IdeaGrit ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These terms apply to all users, including free-tier visitors, registered accounts, and paying customers.

IdeaGrit provides AI-powered startup idea validation tools. The Service generates analysis reports based on the information you provide. Reports are informational only and do not constitute business, legal, or financial advice.

We do not guarantee any specific outcome, business success, or accuracy of AI-generated content.

To access full features, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By registering, you confirm this.

Top-ups are charged at $4.99 per 10 credits. All prices are in USD.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you authorise the charge to your payment method.

Due to the digital nature of AI-generated content, we do not offer refunds once credits have been consumed. If you experience a technical failure, contact us within 48 hours at hello@ideagrit.foundersailab.com and we will make it right.

You retain full ownership of the ideas and content you submit to IdeaGrit. The AI-generated analysis reports produced for you are yours to use, share, and publish.

The IdeaGrit platform, brand, design, and underlying technology remain the property of IdeaGrit. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute the platform itself.

You agree not to:

- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose - Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the platform - Submit content that is defamatory, harmful, or violates third-party rights - Resell or redistribute AI-generated reports as your own commercial product without attribution

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. IdeaGrit does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate or reliable.

AI-generated content reflects patterns in training data and general knowledge — it is not a substitute for real market research, professional advice, or customer interviews.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IdeaGrit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of profits or business opportunity.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration.
